How to Remove custom code popup
Step 1: Open your project in Webflow
- Log in to your Webflow dashboard.
- Select the project where you want to remove custom code.
- Open the project where you want to remove custom code.
Step 2: Go to “Site Settings”
- Click the three dots (⋯) on the project card.
- From the dropdown, click Settings.
Step 3: Open the “Custom Code” tab
Inside Site Settings:
- Navigate to the top menu.
- Click Custom Code.
Step 4: Locate the Custom code section
You’ll see two main areas:
- Head Code — loads before the page content
- Footer Code — loads before the closing body tag
Step 5: Delete the code
- Click inside the code box.
- Select the script or snippet you want to remove.
- Delete it.
Step 6: Save changes
Scroll down and click:
Step 7: Publish Your Website
Removing the script is not active until you republish.
- Click Publish in the top right.
- Select your domain.
- Click Publish to Selected Domains.
