How to Remove custom code popup

Step 1: Open your project in Webflow

  1. Log in to your Webflow dashboard.
  2. Select the project where you want to remove custom code.
  3. Open the project where you want to remove custom code.

Step 2: Go to “Site Settings”

  1. Click the three dots (⋯) on the project card.
  2. From the dropdown, click Settings.

Step 3: Open the “Custom Code” tab

Inside Site Settings:

  1. Navigate to the top menu.
  2. Click Custom Code.

Step 4: Locate the Custom code section

You’ll see two main areas:

  • Head Code — loads before the page content
  • Footer Code — loads before the closing body tag

Step 5: Delete the code

  1. Click inside the code box.
  2. Select the script or snippet you want to remove.
  3. Delete it.

Step 6: Save changes

Scroll down and click:

Step 7: Publish Your Website

Removing the script is not active until you republish.

  1. Click Publish in the top right.
  2. Select your domain.
  3. Click Publish to Selected Domains.
