Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• 1 uppercase letter
• 1 lowercase letter
• 1 number
• 1 special character

If you signed in using Google, you cannot change your password through this method.

I forgot my login password — what should I do?

1. Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot Password.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. You will receive a reset link (valid for 1 hour).
4. Set a new password using the link.
